Four more clients of the Refugee Translation Project have been granted asylum in the United States!

With autumn around the corner, our Summer Fundraising Campaign is drawing to a close in 4 days! Please consider making a donation and reposting this far and wide.

Since we began in the spring of 2017, we have helped over 175 families and individuals from 8 countries by providing free translations of critical documents in Arabic, Turkish, and French.

This project has so far yielded at least 7 successful US asylum applications with many more still under review. We have also enabled the first step in dozens of relocation processes for adults and children with medical needs who are living in refugee camps and other unstable situations.

Due to the nature of this work and the confidentiality involved, it is difficult to follow up with the majority of the people we have helped. We will continue to post updates when we hear of our next successful case!
